TO ENSURE THAT EVERY SIGNATURE ON EVERY PETITION COUNTS WE HAVE CREATED SOME GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING AND COMPLETING THE PETITION.
Step 1: Before downloading and printing the petition, please carefully read and
follow the instructions below.
The Petition must:
- Be printed on a single piece of paper with the initiative text on one side and the signature area on the other
- Have a 1" margin at the top of both sides of the paper - Please get your ruler out and check since each printer is a bit different
- Be readable with no smeared or smudged ink
- Be sure the petition prints the FULL page. The margin at the top, if printed properly should be no more than 1.25" and the side margins will be about 1/4" - 1/2". If the petitions print in a reduced form and only fill the center of the page (with wide margins all around) they will not count since they will not have the required font size.

Step 2: After you have read the Printing Guidelines you are ready to
